All Sales Are Final
All products sold through our website are considered final sale. Once an order has been processed and shipped,
it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, safety,
and compliance with handling standards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your request must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographic evidence of the issue
- A detailed description of the problem
Upon review, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement for the affected item. Refunds are not guaranteed
and are issued only in exceptional circumstances.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed. Once an order enters processing or has been shipped,
it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues and Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or incorrect
shipping details provided by the customer. If your package is delayed, we will assist in tracking the shipment but
cannot guarantee delivery timelines.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Peptidecube is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Customers are encouraged to ensure secure delivery locations.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and refusal of future service.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
